Spinning yarn for a tiny baby sweater:

I tried to take Elizabeth Zimmerman’s advice about how babies tend to look better in dark colors than blues and pinks.  This has quite a bit of brown in it, but it isn’t as dark as I had wanted.  Oh well.

This is what I’ve got there:

No. 026 – Gwyneth
3 oz. – 173 yds.
Single, worsted
100% Merino

And also a little knitting project for myself:

Just a stripey shawlette/scarf with some handspun and Elsebeth Lavold’s Silky Wool.
